Can
I return my order? Our
products are backed by our No-Hassle 14 Day Return Policy. These products may be returned at the
customer’s expense within 14 days from the date of delivery. Refunds
are for the cost of the merchandise only and do not include shipping
and handling charges. If the item was purchased with a "free shipping" offer, a restocking fee of actual shipping costs plus $3.50 will be deducted from the cost of the merchandise.
The following items are NEVER returnable:
- Special Order Items - including all Mascots
- Any item that has been worn, used or altered
- Any item without original packaging or missing pieces
The following items are ONLY returnable if they are in their unopened, original packaging. Items must not have been worn, used or altered in any way.
- Undergarments, socks and stockings
- Shoes & Boots (Does not apply to shoe covers, boot tops, or costume shoes designed for indoor use only or one time wear)
- CD's and DVD's
- Wigs, beards, facial hair or any other artificial hair
- Prosthetics, fangs or any other fake teeth
- Cosmetics
How do I initiate a return?
Initiating a return authorization request is easy. Follow these steps: 1. Log into your account by using the 'my account' button in the upper right hand corner of the screen. 2. In the Track Your Recent Orders section, click on the View Details link for the order you would like to initiate the return authorization request for. 3. Once in the order, click on the Add New RMA button. 4. Choose the number of items you want to return in the Order Items section. 5. In the Order Return Options section, choose the Reason and Method for the return. 6. In the Comments section, please specifically state the reason why you want to return your item(s). 7. Within 48 hours, we will respond with instructions on how to return the item(s) back to us. Please do not send any returns prior to the instructions being sent to you.
Please note:
- Your return must be sent via a traceable method. If you
return the item without the ability to track the delivery and we don't
receive the item, we will not be responsible for refunding the order.
- Any item returned that falls outside our normal return guidelines is subject to a minimum additional 15% handling charge.
Please double-check that you have included all of the costume and
packaging prior to mailing your return to our warehouse. This includes
unauthorized refused packages.
- There is a minimum additional 15% restocking fee, if more than 5 of one item is ordered and subsequently returned.
I chose the wrong size. What do I do?
We attempt to ensure the sizing charts on our website are as accurate as possible. If the costume is too large, we recommend altering the costume to ensure correct fit. If you would like to exchange the item for a different size, you must place an order for the correct costume size on our website, then process a return for the incorrect size (see above). The reason for this is to ensure you receive the replacement costume in a timely fashion, and also to ensure that the item is in stock for you to purchase. All applicable return policies apply. Costume styles (colors and
fabrics) are subject to change without notice, due to the
manufacturer’s production. These changes, no matter how slight, are
beyond our control. We do our best to catch these issues before they
arise, however, the manufacturers do not always notify us of these
variations. We do reflect any changes in the website descriptions and
images as soon as we become aware of them. If a style has changed, and you want to return the item based on this, the standard return policy applies. We apologize for any
inconvenience this may cause. If the item was damaged in shipping, or you were sent the incorrect item, please contact us here. We will do everything we can to ensure it is taken care of in a timely manner.
